Relationships can be enjoyable and fulfilling! I’m here to provide tools and guidance on your journey to achieving the love you desire. My passion is couples’ and family therapy.
Through a strong understanding of the connection between emotion and the human experience, I aim to aid in the improvement of emotional reflection, understanding, and resilience.
Experience: I have a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from National University and am also a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). I have completed both individual and couples therapy sessions with different clients at other practices. During my practical experience, I have gained a great deal of proficiency in conflict resolution, anxiety, depression and helping couples/families to develop skills that aid in the creation of deep and meaningful connections. Based on my experience and studies, my approach mainly draws from the principles of Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT) and Narrative Therapy.
