Do I need a psychotherapist for binge eating or emotional eating?
Your needs depend entirely on your personal case and needs. It's entirely possible that the coaching, follow up and support from a Registered Dietitian is a great fit for you. It's also possible that you find it's not enough and you want to work both with one our therapists to address some deeper seated concerns as well as our dietitian for support on meal planning and weight management. Our Team is more than happy to work together and support you as a duo. Or maybe you find that a psychotherapist can help you better and perhaps one or two sessions with your dietitian is enough to get started. We are flexible, the important thing is, that you get the support that you need.
