Clients may face a multitude of mental health, relational, and situational challenges, ranging from complex mental health and behavioral issues to identity struggles, family changes, and career-related stressors. Additionally, they may feel overwhelmed by the prospect of therapy and uncertain about how to navigate their personal journey towards healing.
I offer a person-centered and systemic approach, striving to deeply understand each clients unique history, values, beliefs, and connections. Through a collaborative process, I utilize various therapeutic modalities including CBT, DBT, SFBT, Systemic/Structural Therapy, and EFT to co-create tailored goals and interventions at a pace that feels comfortable for the client. Moreover, I provide support in English, Hindi, and Urdu, ensuring accessibility for diverse populations.
